Our
Process |
|
The first step at Ava Enterprise cabinet making
is a design consultation. Whether you visit our
showroom with blue prints in hand or have us visit
your home and evaluate your space, our experienced
designers will make you feel confident about your
custom cabinetry or remodeling project.
Once your design has been developed and approved,
our designers will prepare shop drawings so that
construction of your cabinets can begin. These drawings
contain all the specific technical measurements
that our cabinet makers will need to build your
cabinets.
Following construction, the cabinetry moves into
the finish area. We hand-wipe the stain for wood
and paint MDF with the colour of your choice. This
finishing process will protect the wood/MDF for
decades of normal use.
Next your cabinetry moves into the hardware department.
Here each door is mounted and the dove-tailed drawer
boxes are installed. Before we load your cabinets
into the trailer, we will also install the knobs
and pulls of your choice.
Our installation team then delivers your custom
cabinetry to the job site wrapped in blankets and
ready for installation. When your new cabinets arrive
on location, our professional Cabinetmakers installation
crew will greet you. In most cases the crew will
consist of a lead installer and assistant. Ava Enterprise
installers have 20+ years of experience in carpentry,
and our workers can be fully trusted in your home.
Kitchen installation takes an average of 2 days
to complete. If you have chosen a stone or other
solid surface countertop, one of our certified fabricators
will prepare a template for a perfect fit. Countertop
fabrication takes an average of 2 weeks. After countertops
are set and new flooring and appliances are installed,
Kline staff will return for a final inspection.
Whether we are working on your kitchen, bathroom,
office or home office cabinets, Ava Enterprise makes
it our mission to ensure your custom cabinetry or
remodeling project runs smoothly and meets your
every expectation. |
